As each piece is handcrafted — and many are made to order —
our return window is limited to genuine issues, and applies to domestic (India) orders only.

Our Quality Control team reviews the claim and
inspects the returned piece. Once approved, we'll process an exchange, repair, or credit note —

jewellery, and sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even
for domestic orders.

Every piece is handcrafted
in our own Jaipur workshop, with over eight decades of expertise behind P.C. Totuka & Sons. If
you'd like a closer look before buying, write to us — we're happy to share additional photos or
videos of the exact piece.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch to avoid
scratches, and keep it away from perfume, water and direct sunlight. Wipe gently with a soft, dry
cloth after each wear.
